Historic Apartment Restoration on Passeig de Sant Joan

This restoration project brought a historic building on Passeig de Sant Joan back to life through careful craftsmanship and a deep respect for its original character. The intervention recovered significant heritage elements, including Nolla ceramic floors, original moulded ceilings, and interior and exterior carpentry. The rooftop extension was resolved with KLH timber structures, allowing the new intervention to be lightweight, precise and compatible with the existing building. The project combines architectural restoration, technical rigour and contemporary construction solutions while preserving the identity of the original space.
