Can Reverter Care Home combines the best of the Nordic care model with the warmth of Mediterranean culture. The project includes the restoration of Can Reverter, a landmark building in Sant Vicenç dels Horts, giving it a second life and a new public use for the local community. With 118 places and 6 household units, the care home is organised around smaller living environments that help reduce noise, stress and disorientation for older people. The project also includes the urbanisation of a surrounding park, creating a new space for intergenerational relationships between residents and the town.
