Winning competition entry developed in collaboration with PMMT Arquitectura. The building establishes a strong relationship with the neighbouring school and increases the sense of connection with the surrounding park, helping to improve the quality of life of older residents. With 102 places and 6 household units, the project is organised so that each floor contains two living units. The daytime areas are oriented to the south, maximising natural light, views and the relationship with outdoor spaces.
